The Signature Table
A restaurant chef arrives two and a half hours before the first course, cooks four plated courses in your kitchen, serves the table with an assistant, and leaves the kitchen cleaner than they found it. A printed menu waits on every plate. This is the evening most people mean when they ask about Bougie Table.

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, holiday dinners, and welcome-home evenings for eight to twelve.
Before you book
The practical part.
A 50 percent deposit holds the date. The balance is due seven days before the dinner, when the guest count locks.
Full refund at 14 days or more. Inside 14 days the deposit is retained. Inside three days there is no refund, except that we will rebook the dinner within 60 days.
Travel is included within 30 miles of Placerville. Beyond that, a $75 travel fee applies; South Lake Tahoe is quoted separately in winter.
Wine and spirits are provided by the host. Our chefs are happy to open and pour what you have chosen.
